A Beginner’s Guide to Intuitive Eating
I have been working on a ‘health’ journey for many years or what I thought was a ‘health’ journey. Before meeting with Jen, my ambition was strictly around weight loss and fitting into my old jeans. I hadn’t dove into the reasons why I emotionally eat, carry stress in my life or hold onto unnecessary material objects. Jen helped me look at my life in a different way. She gave me the tools to alleviate stress from my life, provided me with mindfulness techniques, and helped me realize that generating positivity will have an effect on all aspects of my life. I feel I have made a total transformation in my journey, not by fitting into an old pair of jeans but by loving myself! I am so grateful for Jen and how she helped me realize it’s pretty great to be me!
